View on FacebookThis is the story of a noble woman Geeta, who has been deserted by her husband who comes from a hereditary foolish egoistic family. He kills a person and runs away leaving his wife and children to their fate. She faces all the trials and tribulations in life and struggles and finally, she achieves a noble status in the society through a philanthropist by name Acharya who dies leaving all his assets in the name of Geeta after finding her to be noble and honest woman.
Geeta's eldest son Srikant who was brought up in the hostel from Childhood never knew about his father's atrocities and he learns that his father has died in the war and he has a great regard for his father.
The younger son Arun knew about his father's atrocities towards his mother and sometimes the brothers, after they have grown up, clash over this issue.
Arun loves Saritha daughter of Heerabai, who was once a famous dancer and Srikant objects to Arun's love for Saritha.
Meanwhile Geeta's husband gets released from the jail after 20 years and comes in search of his wife and demands a place in the house......
Geeta who has now become Geeta Devi and who had put on a widow's garb earlier to save her children from hunger, faces a dilemma in life.....
